💼 About This Role
You'll lead consultative solution sales for manufacturing and logistics clients, driving automation projects from needs analysis to implementation. You'll directly impact company growth by closing large-scale deals exceeding ¥100M.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full sales cycle from lead to post-installation support
- Conduct site surveys and create proposals and quotations
- Plan and execute seminars and exhibitions for clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to close deals
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of corporate sales experience in manufacturing, equipment, trading, logistics, or material handling
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (native or equivalent)
- Experience in consultative or solution selling
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
