💼 About This Role

You'll lead consultative solution sales for manufacturing and logistics clients, driving automation projects from needs analysis to implementation. You'll directly impact company growth by closing large-scale deals exceeding ¥100M.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full sales cycle from lead to post-installation support
  • Conduct site surveys and create proposals and quotations
  • Plan and execute seminars and exhibitions for clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to close deals

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of corporate sales experience in manufacturing, equipment, trading, logistics, or material handling
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency (native or equivalent)
  • Experience in consultative or solution selling
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
