💼 About This Role

You'll lead exchange compliance operations and foster relationships with regulators at state-based exchanges and CMS. You'll bridge the gap between regulators and Oscar operations to ensure regulatory changes are implemented and monitored. This hybrid role in Tempe, AZ offers the opportunity to work at a full-stack health tech company with a focus on serving members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with departments to ensure current compliance levels
• Provide training on regulatory compliance to team members
• Develop and implement compliance improvement plans
• Conduct audits and support external audits with regulators

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year experience in health plan compliance
• 2+ years experience with State DOI health insurance rules and CMS ACA rules
• 2+ years experience managing high volume and complicated projects

✨ Nice to Have

• CHC, CCEC, or similar certification
• State DOI audit management experience
• Experience in a startup and/or health tech environment
