You'll join Block's Square Account Management team to help SMB merchants grow their business through product education and advice. You'll nurture relationships, cross-sell solutions, and act as an internal advocate for your book of business. This role offers remote work with preference for city-based candidates.

  • Grow and retain a multi-million dollar GPV customer base
  • Understand customer needs to help achieve their business goals
  • Cross sell and upsell products by discovering customer leads
  • Address customer concerns and issues strategically
  • Support peers by taking on a product specialization

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years in Sales/Account Management or related field
  • Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities
  • Managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets
  • Interest in business operations and strategy
