💼 About This Role

You'll work on commercial transactions involving production and creative agreements for a leading health and wellness platform. You'll negotiate talent, music, and content deals at the intersection of healthcare and entertainment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate production and creative agreements, including SAG-AFTRA contracts
• Advise Creative, Marketing, and Production teams on legal risks and AI issues
• Partner with Rights & Clearances on IP licensing and clearance workflows
• Review information security agreements like DPAs and BAAs for production workflows

📋 Requirements

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• 5+ years legal experience with 4+ years in entertainment/production transactions
• Experience drafting SAG-AFTRA agreements and talent/music contracts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a production company, studio, talent agency, or in-house brand
• Experience with music publishing and sync licensing
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
