Description

You will manage project financials, including ERP setup, WIP reviews, change orders, accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Work closely with project managers and engineers on high-profile accounts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years accounting experience, project accounting preferred
• Familiarity with construction accounting is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High level of precision and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project in ERP system
• Conduct monthly Work-In-Process (WIP) reviews
• Issue and manage subcontractor documentation and change orders
• Process project accounts payable and verify invoices
• Compile and submit monthly project billings, manage collections
