You'll lead EHR deployment projects at the Fargo VA Medical Center, managing a team of onsite technicians. Your core impact is ensuring equipment is deployed, imaged, and configured for clinical staff. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy, image, and set up PCs, laptops, and peripherals on VA campus
• Manage inventory and network connectivity at training sites
• Perform hardware break-fix support and refresh projects
• Assist with oversight of technician workload and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 5 years experience in imaging and computer equipment deployment
• Must be able to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 pounds
• Ability to traverse campus and frequently stoop/crouch for setup
• Experience with hardware break-fix support and system imaging

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
• VA Public Trust clearance
• IT helpdesk Tier 1 or 2 experience
