You'll serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem, acting as the liaison between development teams and business stakeholders. Your work will directly impact user experiences and streamline operations, making healthcare more accessible through innovation and dedicated teamwork. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality.
• Own and refine the product backlog with actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and DevSecOps teams.
• Define and track post-launch optimization metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• 5+ years in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government programs.
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms.
• Experience supporting federal or state government IT programs in healthcare.

• Familiarity with APIs and data exchange standards.
