💼 About This Role

You'll own the data strategy for a critical product domain at Preply, shaping long-term measurement and experimentation frameworks. You'll partner with Directors and VPs to influence investment decisions and ensure rigorous, scalable analytics. This role leads cross-domain initiatives like LTV modeling and pricing strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strategic frameworks for user behavior and marketplace dynamics.
• Define long-term experimentation strategy and evaluate large-scale experiments.
• Lead deep analytical investigations into customer behavior and retention.
• Own metric definition and governance for the domain.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience influencing product or business strategy.
• Expertise in causal inference and experimentation under imperfect conditions.
• Strong understanding of subscription and marketplace economics.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with ability to set coding standards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in 2-sided marketplaces or digital businesses.
• Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
