💼 About This Role

You'll join the HR Operations & Employee Experience team at Doctolib, supporting the full employee lifecycle. You'll be a key point of contact for employees and contribute to process improvement and operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow in a fast-paced healthtech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare contracts and amendments in Workday
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions
• Conduct regular check-ins with new hires
• Contribute to HR process improvement projects

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in HR or related field
• Strong sense of service and empathy
• Rigorous and reliable in administrative tasks
• Good communication skills in French

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
• Knowledge of French labor law
• Interest in AI tools for HR
