You'll support CRM operations and sales processes for a high-growth SaaS company, acting as a key partner to sales teams. Your work will directly enable sales efficiency and revenue predictability across global teams. This role offers exposure to advanced tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau in a remote-friendly, night-shift aligned environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Support end-to-end CRM operations in Salesforce including quoting and opportunity updates.
  • Manage user access and onboarding for sales tools like SFDC, Clari, Tableau.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Deal Desk, and Sales to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Serve as primary contact for field sales teams on operational queries.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations or related analytical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ tools.
  • Proven experience in quote building and supporting large sales organizations.
  • Advanced Excel skills for large dataset management and analysis.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Clari and Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
  • Familiarity with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
