You'll provide high-quality clinical care to residents and oversee personal care services for Independent Living Residents. Your work ensures residents' health and wellness in a supportive environment. This role offers a full-time day shift with rotating on-call schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Promote and encourage Wellness Services to residents and community members
• Supervise nurse aides providing Wellness Services
• Communicate caring, concern, and dignity for residents
• Make prompt and accurate judgments regarding resident care and emergencies

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• 6-12 months of direct care nursing practice

• Experience in senior living or long-term care
• Supervisory experience
• CPR certification
