You will lead audio direction for an unannounced product, creating iconic sonic experiences. You'll build the audio vision, manage a team, and collaborate with cross-functional leads to deliver high-quality audio that delights players.

Requirements

• 10+ years in game audio (SFX, VO, Music) with shipping experience.
• 6+ years working with middleware like Wwise, FMOD, Unreal Audio.
• 5+ years as a Lead Sound Designer.
• 5+ years managing and mentoring direct reports in audio.
• Experience navigating products from prototype to launch.

Responsibilities

• Create audio assets for iterative gameplay features.
• Develop audio vision and strategy for the product.
• Collaborate with product leadership to align audio with product goals.
• Manage 2-5 audio developers through 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Oversee milestone planning, scheduling, and outsourcing partners.
