Description

As a Product Support Engineer at Anduril, you will drive sustainment strategies for cutting-edge defense products, ensuring operational readiness and longevity. You'll develop maintenance plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and integrate supportability into product design, directly enabling Anduril's mission to transform defense technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product support, sustainment, or systems engineering in high-rigor environment
• Detailed technical expertise in mechanical or systems engineering for complex hardware
• Hands-on proficiency with CAD and PLM tools
• Foundational understanding of Integrated Product Support elements
• Familiarity with military standards and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive sustainment plans for assigned products
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to define maintenance and repair strategies
• Ensure availability of maintenance procedures, tools, and technical manuals for field sustainment
• Serve as primary sustainment point of contact for product team, resolving issues
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to integrate sustainment practices early in development
