Description

You will provide compassionate support to patients and families receiving end-of-life care, serving in settings such as home care or inpatient. Your role includes being a substitute caregiver and assisting with administrative tasks as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support services in various settings
• Serve under guidance of Volunteer Coordinator and Case Manager
• Act as substitute family/caregiver
• Participate in general orientation
• Assist with administrative and office duties
