🎯 What You'll Do

• React quickly to breaking news and move crews effectively
• Manage time and logistics for efficient story coverage
• Review news releases, monitor scanners, and check social media for story ideas
• Create content for digital platforms including website and social media

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a newsroom assignment editor
• Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Knowledge of AP Style
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
