You'll lead integrated marketing initiatives across Equitable Bank's Personal Lending portfolio, driving growth through digital channels, broker engagement, and sales-focused campaigns. You'll manage the annual communications calendar and collaborate with Creative Services, Digital, Sales, and external vendors. This role offers the chance to shape marketing strategies for Canada's Challenger Bankβ’.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the annual marketing communication calendar across email, website, and social media.
- Lead development of broker support materials including product sheets and communication templates.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities and acquisition goals.
- Manage, coach, and support up to two direct reports.
π Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a marketing focused role.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Advanced MS Office skills with focus on PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience with AI tools for social media monitoring and content generation.

- Financial services experience a plus.
