🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking with finance
• Manage marketing team calendars, templates, and asset libraries
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute action items
• Support project tracking using Notion and Confluence

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in marketing operations, project coordination, or executive assistant role
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Monday.com
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with budget management and PO processes

• Experience creating SOPs and process documentation
