💼 About This Role

You'll implement behavioral and developmental treatment plans for children with autism in a 1:1 setting. You'll make a direct impact on their communication, social, and daily living skills while collaborating with BCBAs. MeBe offers paid training and mentorship to launch your career in Behavior Therapy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase communication and play skills
• Record behavior analysis and progress in data collection system Central Reach
• Help with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing

📋 Requirements

• At least 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Consistent availability Monday through Friday
• Ability to pass a background check

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred
• Background in child care, teaching, counseling, or babysitting
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
