🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead engineering delivery for scalable SaaS platform and AI features.
• Build and mentor high-performing global engineering teams.
• Drive technical excellence in cloud architecture, microservices, and DevOps.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years engineering leadership with 50+ person teams managing SaaS/cloud-native products.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML including generative AI, model training, and MLOps.
• Strong cloud architecture skills—microservices, distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS.
• Ability to align technology strategy with business outcomes and influence senior stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GenAI/LLM frameworks like LangChain or LangSmith.
• Prior work in CX assurance or customer experience technology.
• Experience in private equity-backed or rapid-growth environments.
