💼 About This Role

You'll partner with ecommerce merchants to drive product adoption and AI-powered automation for Gorgias, the leading conversational commerce platform. Your core impact is ensuring customers maximize value and reduce support costs. You'll manage a high-volume portfolio and run structured check-ins.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a large portfolio of commercial ecommerce customers
  • Drive adoption of Gorgias features including automation and AI
  • Monitor account health signals and identify churn risks
  • Maintain accurate customer data in internal systems

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Support, Account Management, or a customer-facing SaaS role
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts
  • Strong communicator with solution-oriented conversation skills
  • Experience with ecommerce, support operations, or automation tools

  • Interest in AI and how it improves customer support
