💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance repairs and preventive upkeep in a luxury residential community. You'll ensure resident satisfaction through timely service and apartment turnovers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve service tickets for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through repairs and improvements
• Perform general upkeep, cleanliness, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Availability for on-call rotation including weekends and evenings

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification (offered after 12 months)
• Excellent communication skills
