You'll ensure accurate HR operations across the employee lifecycle at a fast-growing insurtech. Your attention to detail keeps onboarding and HR documentation flawless. This role is hands-on and critical for execution quality in a flat organization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS systems.
- Support onboarding execution and ensure Day 1 readiness.
- Track attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
- Assist with offboarding including clearance and asset return.
๐ Requirements
- 1โ3 years of experience in HR operations or People Ops.
- Strong attention to detail in handling data and documentation.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
