  • Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS systems.
  • Support onboarding execution and ensure Day 1 readiness.
  • Track attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
  • Assist with offboarding including clearance and asset return.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in HR operations or People Ops.
  • Strong attention to detail in handling data and documentation.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
