💼 About This Role

You'll develop and maintain critical automation platforms for Hopper's IT operations, replacing manual workflows with scalable systems. You'll partner with stakeholders to drive operational maturity through automated logic. This role is fully remote with a well-funded startup environment and pre-IPO equity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Automation Service Gateway platforms
• Identify and develop automated processes following best practices
• Replace manual workflows with scalable, compliance-driven systems
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support and vendor coordination

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in IT operations automation
• Proven scripting in Python, Terraform, or Bash
• Solid understanding of GCP, Okta, and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of SDLC best practices including GitHub and code reviews

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Automation Service Gateway tools
• Knowledge of compliance-driven systems
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
