💼 About This Role

You'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) to patients in a fully remote outpatient setting. You'll independently manage buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported model of care. This is a 100% remote, full-time W2 position with Boulder Care, an award-winning digital clinic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder.
• Conduct patient consultations in a fully virtual outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and peer recovery professionals.
• Empower patients through harm reduction and shared decision-making.

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in state of residence.
• 1+ year independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine, including initiations.
• Residency in one of the listed states (AK, AZ, CO, etc.).
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup.

• PMHNP certification (2% pay differential).
• CARN-AP certification (1% pay differential).
• Experience with telehealth platforms.
