🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a squad of AI engineers through 1:1s and coaching.
• Oversee delivery of AI features from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams on AI solutions.
• Establish best practices in prompt engineering and AI system reliability.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading AI or ML engineers.
• Hands-on expertise in Python and modern LLM frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
• Experience building agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines.
• Solid understanding of AI system design including fine-tuning and inference optimization.
