You will shape and enhance the employer brand to attract top talent, collaborating with HR and stakeholders to drive job promotion, create engaging content, and develop strategies that position the company as an employer of choice. Your work will directly support recruitment efforts and staff engagement through campaigns, events, and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract high-quality talent
  • Design and manage targeted job promotion campaigns on LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and careers page
  • Create engaging content (videos, blogs, posts, testimonials) showcasing company culture and employee experiences
  • Plan and execute recruitment events such as career fairs and campus drives to build talent pipelines
  • Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics (Glassdoor scores, social media engagement, campaign effectiveness) to optimize strategies
