Description

As a HUMINT Operations Integrator SME, you will integrate collection activities into F3EAD targeting cycles, provide technical guidance in contested environments, use social network analysis to exploit adversary vulnerabilities, and bridge tactical collection with strategic objectives. You will interface with military units, intelligence agencies, and host nation partners, ensuring legal compliance and mission alignment.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly preferred)
• 8+ years HUMINT experience, 6+ supporting Specialized Task Forces
• Graduate of Tier-1 HUMINT course (ASOC, SOC, or MOTC)
• Proficiency in elicitation, technical surveillance, and asset validation
• Valid US Passport and ability to deploy

Responsibilities

• Integrate HUMINT into F3EAD targeting cycle for time-sensitive missions
• Provide technical guidance for planning in contested/denied environments
• Conduct social network analysis and human terrain mapping
• Interface between military units, intelligence agencies, and host nation partners
• Ensure compliance with Title 10 and Title 50 authorities
