You'll architect global outsourcing strategy and manage the health of outsourced ecosystems across multiple contact centers and vendors. You'll drive operational governance to ensure quality, compliance, and cost objectives. This role offers the chance to shape transformational outcomes in a mission-driven health insurance company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead analysis to determine which functions to outsource vs retain internally.
• Design and execute a scalable operating model with risk mitigation.
• Drive business transformation by shifting outsourcing to strategic outcomes.
• Lead vendor selection including RFP, vetting, and onboarding.
• Negotiate MSAs and SOWs with monitoring of value delivery and ROI.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations or relevant field.
• 10+ years in Insurance Operations.
• 8+ years working with teams in multiple locations and disciplines.
• 8+ years coaching and developing cross-functional teams.
• 6+ years in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.

• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• 10+ years on Insurance Payer side.
• Advanced experience with Procurement or Contract Management functions.
• Healthcare experience.
