You'll provide day-to-day IT support for a fast-growing Fintech bank, handling deskside and remote support and managing Microsoft 365 environments. You'll also contribute to service improvements through automation and AI adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide deskside and remote IT support to end users.
• Manage IT support queue in line with SLAs.
• Deliver joiner-mover-leaver processes and onboarding.
• Administer Microsoft 365 technologies and hardware.

📋 Requirements

• Desktop support experience both on-site and remotely.
• Significant experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
• Experience with ITSM frameworks and service delivery best practices.
