Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM
  • Multi-channel customer engagement experience

Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex guest situations via digital channels (SMS, chat, email)
  • Research systems to diagnose root cause of technical difficulties
  • Perform Team Member in Charge administrative functions on rotation
  • Mentor peers and provide constructive feedback for team growth
