Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Typing speed of 50 WPM
- Multi-channel customer engagement experience
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex guest situations via digital channels (SMS, chat, email)
- Research systems to diagnose root cause of technical difficulties
- Perform Team Member in Charge administrative functions on rotation
- Mentor peers and provide constructive feedback for team growth
