💼 About This Role

You'll provide onsite Release of Information (ROI) support for a healthcare data collaboration platform. Your work directly impacts patient services and record request fulfillment. This role offers hands-on training and the chance to collaborate with a mission-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process onsite ROI requests and medical record fulfillment
• Assist walk-in patients with record requests and disclosures
• Burn patient records to CDs and manage image requests
• Scan, fax, and handle inbound/outbound ROI workflows

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior healthcare, HIM, or ROI experience preferred
• Ability to work fully onsite and travel locally
• Proficiency with computers and office equipment
