📋 Requirements

• Problem-solving skills to decompose tricky problems and work towards clean solutions.
• Fintech interest and familiarity with B2B finance applications.
• Understanding of backend systems including relational and document-oriented databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
• Pragmatic and business-oriented mindset balancing craft, speed, and impact.

• Experience with product management tools like Jira, Figma, Notion.
• Managed a pod of engineers to define roadmaps and deliver on time.
