Description

You will serve as the primary compliance liaison between local operations and internal compliance leadership, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange. You'll oversee testing workflows, maintain METRC license integrity, and support the rollout of new SOPs. This role is critical to maintaining regulatory operations at a leading cannabis wholesale platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in cannabis operations, regulatory compliance, or distribution preferred
• Strong familiarity with METRC and cannabis compliance tracking systems
• Knowledge of California cannabis regulations
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
