You'll lead paid media campaigns to drive lead generation and growth at Window Nation, a home improvement leader. Your work will directly impact efficient lead growth through hands-on platform management and data-driven optimization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and scale high-performing ad strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta/Instagram
• Build, launch, and scale lead generation campaigns
• Oversee budgets, bids, pacing, targeting, and optimization
• Test creative, messaging, audiences, and platform features

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on paid media campaign management
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and paid social performance marketing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and performance reporting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, or other paid video platforms
• Familiarity with GA4, Power BI, or other analytics tools
• Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations
