You'll manage the insurance billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for cancer diagnostic tests. Your work directly supports Veracyte's mission to transform cancer care while collaborating with insurance companies and patients with compassion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and monitor billing issues, trends, and risks
• Review claims for accuracy and ensure pre-claim requirements are met
• Track claim statuses and pull reports using Excel
• Handle denied/unpaid claims by resubmission or appeal

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of medical billing or revenue cycle experience
• Experience with payer portals and claim tracking systems
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's or bachelor's in healthcare administration
• Familiarity with ICD and HCPCS/CPT coding
• Familiarity with CMS 1500 claim form and NUCC codes
