💼 About This Role

You'll join a dynamic international team to analyze client behavior and drive data-driven engagement through Power BI and multi-channel outreach. Your work directly supports business growth and VIP program management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor client activity and review failed deposits using Power BI.
• Extract and segment client data in Power BI.
• Manage incoming messages via Telegram, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct welcome calls and send personalized follow-up emails.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in customer retention, VIP management, or customer support.
• Background in fast-paced or client-facing environments.
• Flexibility to work on-site and cover weekend shifts.
• Comfort using Power BI and Excel for data analysis.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AML and fraud prevention.
• Experience in risk management or KYC.
• Additional language skills beyond Czech/Slovak and English.
