💼 About This Role

You'll join Ajax Systems as a Pre-Sales Engineer, providing technical support to the Business Development team in Central America. You'll conduct product presentations and seminars for distributors and installers, driving adoption of innovative security solutions. This remote role offers the chance to work with a leading European security manufacturer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist business development manager in customer meetings technically.
• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, and webinars on products.
• Train distributor and dealer technical staff on products.
• Conduct market research and comparative analysis of competitor products.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in alarm, video surveillance, access control, or home automation.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of intrusion systems, CCTV, fire detection, and access control.
• Proven experience installing or designing security systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
