You'll participate in the design and development of AI-powered financial trading agents based on Web3 data, integrating them into practical systems. Your work will enhance LLM post-training capabilities for trading skills at the world's largest crypto exchange. This is a fixed-term program for students and recent graduates to gain immersive experience in Web3.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop AI-powered financial trading agency skills using Web3 data.
• Perform post-training of large language models (SFT, RL) for trading skills.
• Build and maintain benchmark datasets to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on system design, integration, and deployment.

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, AI, Financial Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning (RLHF/RLAIF).
• Familiarity with fine-tuning frameworks like Llama Factory, Slime, Verl, or OpenRLHF.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLM toolkits (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, DeepSpeed, vLLM).
