You'll engage with Duolingo's social media community across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. Your core impact will be crafting community content that entertains and encourages users, and inspiring UGC moments on our channels. You'll also work with the merch team to surprise and delight fans.

• Own Duolingo tone in comments and community-manage social posts
• Create viral community management moments in comment sections
• Inspire UGC moments through community content on channels
• Cultivate relationships with passionate community members
• Evolve short-form video community strategy through experiments

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of social media experience at a major brand or organization
• Wit and cleverness in group chat settings
• In-tune with social trends before they hit
• East coast based
