🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Map Route team, setting direction, execution cadence, and delivery standards.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for mapping and routing capabilities.
• Define clear system boundaries, interfaces, and data contracts across teams.
• Drive operational excellence for production services, including SLIs/SLOs and incident response.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years leading and developing an engineering team delivering outcomes across multiple quarters.
• Strong systems and architecture judgement with experience designing production services, APIs, and data flows.
• Proven ownership of production systems with reliability expectations and on-call experience.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
