As our Piercing Lead, you'll oversee the Mejuri Piercing Studio, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining top safety standards. You'll guide clients through their piercing journey, from consultation to aftercare, while building a loyal clientele and collaborating with store teams.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of piercing techniques, safety, and allowable alloys
• Experience in needle piercing and using gold/titanium jewelry
• Calm and professional demeanor during piercing services
• Ability to identify medical concerns that may prevent piercing
• Strong communication and client-building skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee piercing customer journey from greeting to aftercare
• Maintain health and safety standards, including sharps and biohazard disposal
• Manage inventory and scheduling for piercing studio
• Explain procedures, risks, and aftercare to clients
• Lead by example on sales floor to ensure positive customer experience
