💼 About This Role

You'll process medical record requests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA. This role is key to safeguarding patient privacy and delivering high-quality service. You'll travel between Anderson and Kokomo, Indiana for onsite coverage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and process requests for patient health information
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information
• Prepare new patient charts from paper and electronic sources
• Respond to internal and external requests for patient records

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year Health Information related experience
• Ability to travel 75% locally/regionally
• Basic computer proficiency

• Previous production/metric-based work experience
• In-person customer service experience
• Ability to build relationships with on-site clients
