Description

You will lead the development of value-based pricing strategies for a SaaS portfolio, conduct market research and financial analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability. This is a high-visibility role during a major pricing transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
  • 8-10 years in pricing strategy, product marketing, or monetization with SaaS and high-growth experience
  • Deep expertise in value-based pricing and SaaS business models
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance)

Responsibilities

  • Lead market and customer research to derive pricing insights
  • Design value-based pricing frameworks and monetization models
  • Build financial models and ROI analyses quantifying customer value
  • Partner with GTM teams to enable value-based selling and pricing optimization
  • Present pricing strategies to senior leadership and drive change management
