Description

Lead a team of Product Managers to define and execute RTI's product strategy for real-time data streaming and autonomous systems. You will mentor PMs, orchestrate a unified roadmap, drive innovation through rapid prototyping, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver enduring value.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, 3+ years managing PMs
• Deep infrastructure expertise in middleware, distributed systems, or developer tools
• Track record managing mature products and leading 0-to-1 innovation
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic storytelling skills
• Technical literacy to partner with R&D on architecture

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of PMs, aligning roadmaps with vision
• Lead 6-month planning cycles to create traceable roadmap
• Drive product innovation via vibe-coding and rapid prototyping
• Own pricing, licensing, and packaging strategies
• Build trust-based relationships across R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Exec
