💼 About This Role

You'll lead clinical excellence and team development for multiple autism therapy clinics in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. You'll drive growth initiatives and ensure delivery of superior ABA services. This hybrid role offers a chance to build a career with competitive compensation and perks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee growth and development of assigned clinics
• Review and evaluate BCBA and Clinical Director performance
• Conduct interviews for Clinical Directors
• Visit clinics regularly to provide in-person support

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification in good standing
• At least 4 years of experience as a BCBA
• Experience in leadership roles
• Ability to travel between clinics in the area
