💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to create the best experience for customers at a music and pop culture retail store. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
