• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience in HTML/JavaScript/CSS/jQuery/ASP.net.
• Proven ability to handle higher complexity work and build from scratch.
• Expertise in conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.

• Previous experience with Interactive Response Technology (IRT) platform.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
