🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and monitor credit risk strategies to balance risk and returns.
• Maintain frameworks to monitor portfolio risk performance.
• Lead analytical deep-dives into portfolio trends and emerging risks.
• Present risk recommendations to product, commercial, and leadership teams.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in credit risk strategies or portfolio analysis.
• Proven ability to identify risks and propose data-driven strategy changes.
• Hands-on with SQL, Python, or SAS; Excel; Google Cloud tools or Power BI.
• Experience managing stakeholders and communicating complex findings clearly.

• Experience with Looker, dbt, or Big Query.
• Knowledge of pricing adjustments or policy changes in lending.
