💼 About This Role

You'll design and build internal web applications for shipping, customer support, and e-commerce workflows at Future Motion, the creator of Onewheel. You'll own features end-to-end and collaborate in a small, fast-moving team. This role requires 3+ years of experience and is based in Santa Cruz with one day per week on-site.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and evolve internal web applications for logistics and workflows
• Implement and maintain backend services and frontend UIs
• Own features end-to-end from requirements to deployment and iteration
• Work within existing systems to fix bugs and improve performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strength in Python (Flask) or JavaScript with React
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) and schema design
• Ability to work independently and maintain existing production codebases

✨ Nice to Have

• Full-stack experience integrating React with Python backends
• Advanced React experience (performance, state management)
• Production experience with Flask applications
