💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience and help train new recruits. Your impact drives daily operations and sales targets at a pop-culture focused retailer. You'll also assist with store opening and closing and process sales transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return visits.
• Open and close the store, including register closeout and reporting.
• Assist with planogram changes, merchandising, and store layout updates.
• Train new team members and support daily store operations.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
• Previous experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
